Scarf progress
So how long must a scarf be? It's already 120 cm long (that's about 47 inches). I said I needed to finish it by Wednesday, but actually I need to finish by tomorrow so I can block it and have it ready and wrapped on Wednesday.

I usually make my scarves as long as the person is tall.
So far the best scarves I knitted were around 2m long!
That puppy is adorable - be careful not to put him/her in a washing machine!
I'm with Stacie ...a good scarf should be as long as the person wearing it is tall.....i must add your scarf is beautiful!And i can see where the best place for a nap is in your home!;0)
