I'm a cheap knitter: I don't buy patterns and I knit with whatever cheap materials I can find. While my projects are not as pretty as they could be, I enjoy my hobby and get to wear my creations. People actually wear my gifts. What else could I hope for?

Green Tank Update
Here is my green tank so far. I haven't decided yet if I want to make two or three rows of shell edging.
In addition to this progress picture, I finally took pictures of the potholder I finished a long while ago.
Great tank!!! Just curious how many balls of the sinfonia cotton you used to make this tank. I bought some a while back for a tank or other type of top (for the future) and i wasn't sure how much to buy because I didn't have a pattern picked out and i had never knit with it. Just curious now if i had bought enough.
I'm not finished yet. I bought thhree balls of sinfonia for this tank (300 g). I made it a short tank on purpose, but noticing that I still have a lot of yarn left, I'm adding a third row of crochet edging to it. I'm a size small.
