Butterflying along
These are my butterflies, so far. The pattern calls for pipe cleaners for the body and antennae, but I expect this quilt to be machine washable and pipe cleaners aren't. So instead I threaded a crochet chain in the middle of each butterfly.

I love the butterflies, and thanks for the link. I designed a sweater with butterflies, a mix of knit and crochet. (You can see it in my Gallery in the summer knits.) Perhaps I'll add one of yours to make three....
